We are honored to welcome more Croatian Sheepdogs to the United States.  This extraordinary herding breed holds a special place in Croatia, where it has been cherished for centuries as both a trusted working partner and a symbol of the nation’s rural heritage. Known for their intelligence, agility, and unwavering devotion, Croatian Sheepdogs have long been indispensable to shepherds, farmers, and families throughout the countryside.

In partnership with Resolute Kennels of Arizona, Wilsong Kennels, is proud to assist in introducing and presenting this breed in the U.S. as they begin their journey in the AKC Foundation Stock Service (FSS). It is a privilege to help showcase and promote such an extraordinary breed, ensuring their unique qualities and heritage are recognized and preserved for generations to come.

We are deeply grateful to long time breeder Blago Petric, for entrusting us with these incredible dogs and for his dedication to preserving this national treasure of Croatia.

FSS breeds are eligible to compete in all AKC companion and performance events.  In the conformation ring they can compete for Certificates of Merit. The Croatian Sheepdog is eligible for all UKC venues.
